Usage Policy - Tagged photos
The centre for the Study of Wider Europe displays thumbnail photos, called directly from Flickr on a number of its pages. The centre chooses various terms, that relate to the study of Wider Europe, and call photos accordingly. Flickr users have rated the photos according to 'interestingness', and the CSWE displays them, in good faith, as part of its work to present diverse faces of what can be termed 'Europe'. The images are displayed for educational non-profit use, and are displayed solely as thumbnails, and are fully attributed (and link back to the original photo), and thus fall under the 'fair use' doctrine for copyright purposes.
