Dr Patty Gray (CSWE, NUIM) will give a seminar on 'Changing Vectors of Development - Russia as a donor of international aid.
The seminar will be held in the John Hume Boardoom (Third Floor, JH Building, North Campus, NUI Maynooth) on 14 April 2010 from 6-8pm.
Attendees are asked to please take the lift to the third floor to access the Boardroom
