Professor John O'Loughlin will give a seminar on "Making geo-identities in "de facto states" (Kosovo, Abkhazia,Trnsdniestria and South Ossetia)" in the Rocque Lab, Rhetoric House at 1pm.

Professor O'Loughlin is an expert in spatial analysis of conflict and the political geography of the post-Soviet Union, including Russian
and Ukrainian geopolitics, Eurasian quasi-states, and ethno-territorial nationalisms. He is editor-in-chief of "Political Geography"
